The Hub,
Hazelwell offers high quality, adaptable space for hire at reasonable
prices. Most of the rooms are usually available from 9am to 10pm, Monday
to Saturday.

Each of the
Hub's rooms is designed and fitted to a high specification with flexible
lighting. The meeting room, conference room and ICT suite are equipped
with quality oak and chrome style furniture.
Additional
audio visual and general equipment is available on request with room hire
- e.g. data projector, overhead projector, interactive whiteboard, DVD,
video, hi-fi, TV, flipchart, etc. We can also provide a free "toolkit"
for meeting or conference bookings - providing marker pens, ballpoint
pens, pencils, scissors, Blu-tac, etc.
We offer catering in partnership with local professional caterers and
can provide delicious hot or cold buffets, tea, coffee, and drinks. Alternatively,
clients are welcome to use our quality vending machines in the cafe area,
providing a wide selection of hot and cold drinks and snacks. All of the
tea, coffee and hot chocolate served at the Hub is fairly traded - guaranteeing
you a delicious drink and the producers a fair wage.
All rooms are accessible by wheelchair users and there is a lift to the
first floor. A disabled toilet can be found on both the ground and first
floor. Babychanging facilities are located in the ground floor disabled
toilet.
